In-Studio Request Form

Please review the pertinent guidelines to the downloadable In-Studio form below. They are as follows:

1. Artists/promoters must submit the request form at least ten business days prior to proposed interview date.
2. In-studio or recorded interviews will be 20 minutes or less.
3. Interviews/performances must correspond with the
   prevailing format for the time scheduled.
4. Only one in-studio interview will be scheduled per day part or shift.
5. Preference will be given to artists that are currently on the station's play list.
6. If an artist is scheduled to perform in the area, venue information
   may be mentioned twice during the interview. Venue information may include name, location and time. No calls to action are permitted.
7. Artists will be allowed a maximum of two in-studio appearances per calendar year.
